Exchanges

Epic Hoodie will honor exchange requests within 30 days* of the delivery date. To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Please fill out the Epic Hoodie Returns & Exchanges Form and include it in your return.

For defective items, provide a brief description of the damage and provide customer support with a photo to obtain a pre-paid return slip. If the item is damaged and you would like an exchange, we will process it and ship your replacement item(s) free of charge. 

Once your return/exchange request is submitted to customer support it will be replied to within 24hours. Please note that there will be $5 reship fee charged on domestic exchanges to cover the Shipping & Handling charges on the shipment of your exchange. 

Size change requests on made-to-order items after 6 hours from time of purchase will incur a 10% re-stocking fee.
